First Contact Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the First Contact corporate website at firstcontact.agency and to related inquiry, pre-sales, and business-development communications.

It does not govern Kwib, the Kwib desktop app, LinkUp, or any other product unless that service expressly links to this policy and says it is covered.

Information you provide

When you email us or otherwise communicate with us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company, role, message content, project details, and any other information you choose to provide.

Technical information

Our website host and security infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and timestamps. This information is generally used to deliver, secure, and maintain the website.

4. Why we use information

We may use personal information to:

• respond to inquiries and provide requested information;

6. Cookies and analytics

With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website through cookies, heatmaps, and session recordings. Clarity processes website interaction and usage data to help us improve the site. Analytics are optional: the Clarity script does not load unless you accept analytics.

You can accept or reject analytics in the banner and change your choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer. Closing the banner rejects analytics. If you withdraw a previous acceptance, the page refreshes to unload Clarity and stop future recording. This does not delete information already sent before withdrawal.

We store your choice for 180 days in an essential first-party preference cookie, fca_analytics_consent, and use local browser storage to signal preference changes to other open tabs. If your browser blocks this storage, your choice applies only to the current page. When analytics are off, we remove the website's accessible Clarity cookies (_clck and _clsk). 7. Service providers and disclosure

We may share personal information with service providers that support our operations, such as website hosting, security, email, professional advisory, and business administration providers. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are expected to protect it.

These may include access controls, least-privilege practices, encrypted transport, vendor restrictions, backups, and incident procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The website does not currently offer a marketing-email signup. If we send commercial electronic messages, we will identify the sender, provide contact information, include a working unsubscribe mechanism when required, and maintain appropriate consent records.
